Brewing Tips

Place one teaspoon per cup into an infuser, filter or teapot. Add freshly boiled water and infuse for 4 minutes. Serve immediately or remove leaves to prevent spoiling.

Not too strong and goes well with any pastries or by itself.

I am so glad Tea Palace has returned. This is a fabulous tea and far superior than anybody else's Royal London tea. I had finished my last packet a while ago and had been trying to mix Yunnan and Ceylon teas to replicate it, without success.

It came in caddies not cartons, I must say these new ones aren't as nice as the old double lidded blue ones. Just as well I had saved some of the old style caddies!
