Tea Palace a créé Irish Breakfast comme une version plus forte, plus robuste et plus corsée de notre thé Palace Breakfast - un véritable réveil pour ceux qui recherchent un petit coup de pouce supplémentaire ! Ce mélange est fort et épicé et possède pourtant une finale fraîche et herbacée qui se boit parfaitement avec du lait.
Irish Breakfast est un mélange bien connu dans tout le Royaume-Uni et au-delà, et est connu pour son caractère fort, épicé et corsé dû à la prédominance de l'Assam dans le mélange. Nous avons apporté notre propre touche à ce classique en le mélangeant avec du Darjeeling pour obtenir une finale douce et herbacée.
Ce mélange de thé noir pour petit-déjeuner est merveilleusement énergisant et est formé uniquement à partir de feuilles de thé noir indien entières de la plus haute qualité, cueillies au plus fort de la saison, pour un thé fort d'une qualité exceptionnelle.
